PERSONAL STATEMENT
I have lived in Lake Bonanza for about 38 years and remember how nice many of our amenities used to be. In the past 8 years our bylaws and Texas property code have not been enforced leading to wrongful actions that have cost us greatly as an association. I intend to strive to restore our amenities and ensure that board actions are in the best interest of our community and that the bylaws are followed.
